• Active Vigilance: Oversee high-end CCTV feeds and advanced analytics to detect, track, and pre-empt security breaches across multiple commercial sites.
• Nerve centre Coordination: Act as the central communication hub, dispatching response teams and coordinating with law enforcement or stakeholders during critical incidents.
• System Integrity: Perform regular health checks on integrated VMS (Video Management Systems) and alarm platforms to ensure 100% uptime.
